Surfing the Internet Together with Screen2

I found this web site called Screen2 where two people can surf the same pages together.  I'm not sure how it works, or how well it works, but I think I want to see it work.

Here's how it's supposed to work.  Two people access the Screen2 web site.  Both people add their name to the list of active users.  Then, one of the users searches for the other user and finds them.  Now that both parties are together, one takes control, while the other watches the screen (I think...this is what I need to see for myself).

If anyone has an issue that needs resolving on their blog, perhaps we can try to troubleshoot the issue using the Screen2 web site?  I'm quite intrigued by this since I would then be able to actually SHOW how things are done on a one-on-one basis...real time and all that.

It looks interesting, and could bring a new level of support to those that need some help.
