I'm Running for President

After a recent whirlwind of events that I'll have to go into detail later on, I've decided to run for President.  It is only after a huge level of support for having me run that I made this decision.  I want to thank all those who have given me the opportunity and believe in my abilities.

Here is a news clip that will help explain how this came about.

Please show your support by leaving me a comment on what you feel is the most important issue I should tackle first when I get my feet in the oval office.

Bless all, and good day.

President-Elect Wayne John

Wayne, you have my vote, but the main thing that pisses me off about elections is that only the rich can afford to campaign and get elected by us poor folks. So, how rich ARE you??

Since you've offered to help Gary, help me too and tell us how you got so much advertising on your blog......and does it pay ANYTHING?

you got that wrong Dana, ---only the rich can AFFORD to take the time to run for president, the rest of us are to busy planning how to make our pensions payments last a full month, and secondly, only the rich run fro president as its them that know the pretty people to hang out with and get their pictures taken. Look how often Obama comes out to visit Strisand (and get more money too I might add----just why does California have a 14 Billion dollar defecit anyway, its cuz the liberals won't cut spending, and hate the govenor for refusing to raise taxes to give them even more to spend. Ths same kind of thinking we get from our National congress. sorry you pushed my button wayne had to vent-----you got my vote

@Dana - Thanks! I'm not rich at all, in fact sometimes I feel like I'm just scraping by. I know that I've been rather lucky to have found a passion in programming that pays well enough these days, but yeah, I still need side projects and need to work my ass off to get the nicer toys in life unfortunately. I'll do a write up on my site and explain how things are going as far as ads are concerned. At the end of the day, it isn't enough to make any difference...so far.

@Gary - Not sure why you couldn't view the video. It is a heavily trafficked video hosted on another server, so perhaps you just need to try it again and again until you get through. Consider it like getting a busy signal on your phone, just try it again, it should come up. And btw, I love it when you vent. You and I think quite alike about these things.

@Rose - Well, considering that you are in Canada, that makes perfect sense. However, I sense that if you were able to vote in an American election, your response would still be the same. What is it that you find would not make me worthy of the presidency?

    You are right. lol

If I were American I would not vote for you.

You and I share different views on many topics.

Can you start with big oil's profit margins? Wen you are done there, could you kindy move on to no bid sealed contract in Iraq and then maybe we can talk about Blackwater! Those are my big three!!!!!

Environment, Big Oil, Iraq, Alternative Energy, all very important topics for sure. I think most of us here would like to see these things taken care of, and if I were given the chance to do anything about these things, you could bet the house that I remove the power from the corporations, ensure we can be self-sufficient and remove our dependency from foreign oil, promote cleaner and environmentally safer ways of living and get our butts out of Iraq without harm to Iraqi's or ourselves.

You smell that? It's another post brewing...

Thank you all for playing along with this. If only I had a chance...if only...that would be super cool! hahaha

I'll vote for you, if you champion my causes (now this is the american way). I'd like two things to happen, cheney and bush are immediately indicted and subsequently thrown in jail (no bail, they're flight risks), and you immediately assemble a mob that will pursue the christian right and eradicate them. They're just causing problems with all their "everyone's going to hell but us" bs. Oh, and i'd like to flog cheney in public with a big haliburton whip.
