Fitness
To me, fitness comes in many forms.
- Physical – From outside to inside, health, strength, vitality
- Mental – Challenging, growing the minds ability to compute, reading.
- Emotional – Stability, empathy,
- Rational – Logic, deduction, memory
- Environmental – Bigger picture living
- Social – Friends, connections, loved ones
I’ll add and modify that a bit later, but for now those are the initial sections that I’ll categorize my articles with.
