Fitness

To me, fitness comes in many forms.

  • Physical – From outside to inside, health, strength, vitality
  • Mental – Challenging, growing the minds ability to compute, reading.
  • Emotional – Stability, empathy,
  • Rational – Logic, deduction, memory
  • Environmental – Bigger picture living
  • Social – Friends, connections, loved ones

I’ll add and modify that a bit later, but for now those are the initial sections that I’ll categorize my articles with.
