Displaying video favorites from YouTube

I’m still benefiting from my post where I told everyone that if you ask me a question that I would respond to it either in a post or within the comments. Continuing my response to my personal tastes, I’ve put together a page that displays the videos I’ve favorited on YouTube.

Every time I favorite a video on YouTube, it is displayed as the first video, giving me a nice way to showcase a particular video that I like.

I have eclectic tastes as you might (or might not) already know, and you’ll find that the videos I favorite tend to be on the science tip, or music and comedy.  Of course, there’s always the random cat video as well.

I think the page could be dressed up a bit, but really it’s just nice to be able to stay on my site (I’m on here a bit) and watch my favorites in a nice big screen.

Give it a look, waste a few minutes and consider how you might use something like this on your own site.

How might you use a video display like my own to increase your web site value to your visitors?
